TMS THERAPY
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a highly effective, noninvasive, brain stimulation outpatient therapy that was cleared by the FDA for depression in 2008 and for obsessive-compulsive disorder in 2018. TMS uses a high intensity magnet to focally stimulate neurons (brain cells). TMS therapy is well-tolerated and covered by most insurances.
SPRAVATO® NASAL SPRAY
SPRAVATO® is the first Ketamine FDA-approved nasal spray specifically for adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD). Used alongside an oral antidepressant, this potent supplementary treatment has been shown to quickly and effectively treat major depressive disorders (MDD) including acute suicidal ideation or behavior.

WHAT IS KETAMINE THERAPY?
Ketamine has been used safely in medicine for decades. More recently, it's become one of the most promising options available for depression that hasn't responded to conventional treatment.
Unlike traditional antidepressants, which can take weeks to build up in your system, ketamine works through a different mechanism in the brain — and many patients notice a shift within hours or days rather than months. For someone who has cycled through multiple medications without relief, that difference can be significant.
